How are we doing?
Ordinary people.
Extraordinary shows.
At the heart of it all, our goal is to produce shows with high entertainment value, that dazzle the eye, engage your mind, touch your heart, and hopefully, bring you to your feet at curtain call.
How is this accomplished time and time again with non-professional actors/staff? First, we create an environment where people with no experience feel as equally heard and seen in the audition process as our seasoned repeat actors. Over the following 8 to 10 week rehearsal period, they are stepped through a carefully planned growth process where they are mentored by the creative staff, encouraged by their fellow cast mates, and ultimately, are fully prepared for opening night. Layer that with all the behind-the-scenes volunteer workers creating their magic, and that is how we replicate our success from show to show.
